Storing eggs during the height of laying season

Did you know eggs are seasonal? Chickens take a break from laying to replenish their calcium stores. A big part of homesteading is preparing for the next season and as eggs are plentiful at the moment, we know they wont be come winter. There are lot of ways to store them but here is my favorite:

    I learned something new! When you thaw them out are they like you just cracked them or are they watery? Very cool!

      they can be a bit more watery so they dn’t fry up the same way but they scramble to use in recipes just fine!
