My Favorite Fall Pork Recipes

Fall is here and the colder temps mean I want nothing but warm and comforting meals pretty much exclusively. This time of year is also when I love to cook with pork; it’s fantastic for low and slow cooking and pairs really well with fall veggies and even fruit. Here are my current favorite pork recipes for fall featuring cuts of our heritage forest-raised pork:
