Sheet Pan Bratwurst & Veggies

Easy, colorful, and ready in under 30 minutes. One pan = dinner done.

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 4 Widnor Farms bratwursts, sliced into thick coins
  • 1½ cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1½ cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2–3″ pieces
  • 1 cup sliced sweet mini bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (or thyme/oregano mix)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

🔪 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment or foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Toss veggies and sliced bratwurst with olive oil, garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread evenly on the sheet pan, keeping everything in a single layer for crispier edges.
  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and the brats have a nice sear.
  5. Serve hot with mustard, kraut, or a drizzle of balsamic glaze if you’re feeling fancy.
