• Your box is ready the first Saturday of the month for pickup or will be shipped the first Tuesday. All shipping will be postponed to the following Tuesday should it fall on the first of the month.

Our Farm Club community is a part of the Ranch we cherish deeply.  You’ve put your faith in us and our goal is to continuously bring you the best, month after month.

If you have a box with various cuts (such as a premium or family staples box) you can customize your box by clicking the link in the monthly email we will send you.  We can walk you through this as well so if it feels confusing, don’t worry! We’re here for you and want this to be as simple as possible. If you’re local, feel free to just stop by and we will pack your box alongside of you, no need to fill out preferences! If you’re box is shipped, we’re available via email, text or phone call to help you!

FAQ’s:

Here is some Farm Club information so you know what to expect:

• For local pickup, your initial order will come with a free insulated tote. We ask that you bring it back to reuse and fill with your next subscription order so that we can continue our efforts to reduce our waste. Should you not be able to come on the first Saturday, that’s ok. We can either hold it for you until the following week or feel free to email us to arrange shipping.
• You will get an email from me with the link to customize your box each month. Make sure you don’t mark them as spam and check your spam folder if you aren’t getting them. Feel free to reach out to us if you’re having issues!
• Your box is curated just for you. We have reserved the best inventory for those in our Farm Club including cuts like bacon, steaks, sausages and more that show “sold out” on our website. You are more than welcome to make requests but due to inventory limitations, we do our best to accommodate. We promise, your going to love what’s in your box and if you have any questions, we’re here to help.
• Your box will be ready for pickup at the farm on the first Saturday of the month or ship the first Tuesday of the month. If you joined farm club mid-month, your order will also ship on the next farm club shipping day (first Tuesday of the month).
• If the first falls on a Tuesday, we will ship the following week.
• Your box will be billed on the first of the month. You will get an email or text notice a few days prior in the event you need to pause, reschedule or cancel. Please note that we fully understand that you might need to pause so be aware that cancelling forfeits your spot in our Farm Club. Since we are not open all year around, this is something to keep in mind.
• Some of our products don’t even make it to the ‘gram, so I can’t wait for you to see more of the goodness we have! (Like our sheep pelts, farm to table dinner tickets or holiday turkeys that have rarely made it past our Farm Club members)!
• First access to all event tickets. This includes our amazing Farm to Table Dinner Tickets and classes. You’ll have the chance to grab yours before anyone else.
• Free Ranch tours yearly for you and your immediate family. Come be a farmer for a few hours and enjoy time spent learning about our practices and getting your questions answered. These begin in July through October and include a full tour of our butchering facilities.
   

We take the responsibility of feeding your family seriously and it’s an honor. We hope that by including you in our behind the scenes, you’ll get to connect deeper to your food sources and the people who raise it for you!

DISCLAIMER: If you select high end cut preferences, your box will be less in weight than a box with more economical cuts of meat. The average poundage of a $99 Premium Beef Farm Club Box is 5-7 pounds, including those 2 pounds of free ground beef. It is important that we meet your expectations, however, if you are selecting highly valuable cuts like ribeyes, new yorks, t bones, porterhouses or tenderloins, your box will be lighter! Those cuts are worth a lot more per pound than say, a roast that weighs a lot more. Please be aware when placing your preference orders.
