- Your box is ready the first Saturday of the month for pickup or will be shipped the first Tuesday. Should either of those dates happen on the first of the month, payment must be cleared before pickup and all shipping will be postponed to the following Tuesday.

- For local pickup, your initial order will come with a free insulated tote. We ask that you bring it back to reuse and fill with your next subscription order so that we can continue our efforts to reduce our waste. Your bag will be waiting in our walk in freezer for you. Should you not be able to come on the first Saturday, that’s ok. We can either hold it for you until the following week or feel free to email us to arrange shipping.
- You will get an email prior to your subscription processing. Make sure you don’t mark them as spam and check your spam folder if you aren’t getting them. Feel free to reach out to us if you’re having issues with them!
- Your box is curated just for you. We have reserved the best inventory for those in our Farm Club including cuts like bacon, steaks, sausages and more that show “sold out” on our website. You are more than welcome to make requests but due to inventory limitations, we do our best to accommodate. We promise, your going to love what’s in your box and if you have any questions, we’re here to help.
Digital Farm Club:
Your subscription includes all of the perks of our Farm Club without our meat boxes. When we have openings for our Meat Boxes, you’re the first to find out though!
Can I have my box shipped if I can’t make it out this month? Yes, you can! Please email email@example.com and we will invoice you for the additional shipping cost.
I thought I would be able to make it to the farm more often, can I switch to a shipping option? Of course! Yes, we can do that for you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to change your subscription to shipped. We don’t mind at all!
What if my package is lost of damaged? All packages are insured through our Route Protection App. We will ensure you are sent a new box right away!
***Our Legacy Farm Club members receive Ground Beef for Life- 2 pounds of ground beef free in every order. This only includes those that signed up in our introductory August 2021 Farm Club openings. Pausing for more than 3 months or cancelling your Farm Club order forfeits this perk.
