Why Farm Club?
Farm Club was born out of necessity. In 2020, when new customers bought out our inventory, leaving our shelves empty for our loyal customers, we knew something needed to change. We wanted to ensure that our existing customers always had access to the meats they rely on. That’s when we created the Farm Club: a subscription program that not only guarantees food availability but also helps us project the number of animals we need to raise for the upcoming seasons. It’s been a game-changer for us, and we’re thrilled to share it with you!
Farm Club is designed for those who are committed to quality, consistency, and sustainability. As members, you will receive priority access to our fresh, ethically raised meats, ensuring you never have to worry about our shelves running empty. Our subscription service is built to give you the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly where your food comes from—and that it’s been raised with the utmost care.
What You Get
- Priority Access: We restock the freezers the first Saturday of every month to ensure you can stock up on what you love. For shipped product,
- Free Ground Beef: Enjoy 2 pounds of free ground beef every month with your box—because we the gift of your commitment to our ranch is something we’re extra thankful for!
- Flexible Options: Choose between 14, 30, 60, or 90-day frequencies, giving you the flexibility to stock your freezer at a pace that works for you.
- Rancher’s Choice: For shipped boxes, we’ll curate a delicious selection of meats just for you!
- Farm Tour: As a special benefit, Farm Club members are invited for a free tour of the ranch to see where your food comes from and meet the animals that make it all possible. We’re not just providing high-quality meat—we’re your personal ranchers, here to support you and your family with premium, sustainably raised meats.
Who Is Farm Club For?

- Are excited to try a variety of cuts—our boxes are designed to introduce you to new options and encourage a true nose-to-tail experience.
- Enjoy the flexibility of a subscription but understand the importance of seasonality and the need to adjust based on what’s available at the time.
Who Farm Club Is Not For
While we welcome everyone to explore our offerings, Farm Club might not be for you if:
- You expect specific cuts in every box—e.g., tenderloin or ribeye steaks. We strive to accommodate requests, but certain cuts are limited, and we can’t guarantee them for every subscriber.
- You’re looking for the predictability of shopping at a grocery store. While we butcher beef monthly, chicken throughout the grazing season, and pork quarterly, we work hard to provide consistency, but the nature of farm life means there’s a bit of variability based on availability.
- You prefer bargain-basement prices. Our focus is on premium, ethically raised meats, and we believe the value we provide is worth the price.
- You’re not flexible when it comes to cuts or open to trying new things. Our boxes often include a variety of cuts to give you the best value and a true nose-to-tail experience.
How It Works
- Choose Your Subscription: Decide how often you’d like to enjoy a box.
- Customize (Local Only): Redeem your order the first Saturday of the month to ensure we are fully restocked. All orders redeemed on other Saturdays will be subjected to current inventory options.
- Enjoy Fresh Meats: Sit back and enjoy the convenience of knowing your meats are available consistently and sustainably.
- Get Your Free Ground Beef: Each month you subscribe, you’ll get 2 pounds of ground beef—free!
- Tour the Ranch: As a member, you’ll also have the opportunity for a tour of the ranch to connect with where your food comes from. Tours must be scheduled in advance as we work hard to ensure we have ample to spend time answering your questions and showing you around while also caring for livestock.
Farm Club Policies:
Farm Club is a CSA-style subscription that helps us plan livestock and reserve inventory for our members. To keep the program sustainable, a few important policies apply:
90-Day Pickup Window: Local Farm Club balances must be redeemed within 90 days of the order date. After 90 days, unclaimed balances expire and cannot be refunded, replaced, or carried forward.
Subscription Management: Farm Club renews automatically. Members are responsible for pausing, rescheduling, or canceling upcoming orders through their account. If you need help, please reach out before your next charge processes.
Order Discrepancies: If something doesn’t look right with a charge, pickup, shipment, or balance, please contact us within 90 days. After 90 days, our transaction and fulfillment records are considered final.
Special Accommodations: We’re always happy to work with members when life happens! Any exception, replacement, or credit offered outside our normal policies must be claimed within the timeframe provided, or within 30 days if no timeframe is specified.
Shipped Orders: Shipped Farm Club boxes are Rancher’s Choice and cannot be customized.
Bottom line: If you need to skip an order, can’t make a pickup, or something doesn’t look right, please reach out! We’re happy to help—we just need to hear from you while the order is still current.
